PHASE I of the three-phase Structural Energetic Therapy® program is one weekend a month for seven consecutive months, and focuses on the basic spinal stabilization to release the core distortion pattern out of the structure and soft tissue of the body.  You learn Cranial/Structural techniques and protocols for:

• Head, Neck, and Shoulder
• Cranial Therapeutic Decompression
• Cranial/Structural Frontal/Occipital Decompression
• Quick Release Technique
• Cranial/Structural Core Distortion Releases I
• Pelvic Balancing
• Cranial/Structural II
• Advanced Thoracic Releases
• Techniques within the scope of massage therapy to Release Emotional Energy
• Body reading skills

The remaining six sessions will be discussed by the class as a whole and will be posted once scheduled.
